There will be contest of students who study in College of Geophysics. You can register now and the deadline for registration is March 17. Each participating team has 2 students and 1 instructor. The registration for the preliminary round is conducted by universities and research institutes that set up the SEG Student Branch. Universities and research institutes that do not have SEG Student Branches may apply to set up the Student Branch at the SEG China Representative Office (email: china@seg.org). The specific implementation plan of the competition is shown in the annex.

    If the student is a SEG student member, please provide the member number and valid expiration date of the member for the competition so that the organizing committee can confirm whether the membership qualification is valid (for example, Zhang Moumou, SEG member number: 166123, and the member validity period is up to: 2018/12/ 31). The membership number and validity period can be found on the SEG website; non-SEG student members are provided with the student ID.

    All units will inform students before March 17th to register online at the contest website (http://www.negccs.com/dist/user_login.asp). After the competition organizing committee reviews the registration information, it will contact the SEG student clubs to explain the settings of the divisions, etc., and publish the GeoEeast software training through the e-mail and contest official website.
