I. Application qualifications:

1. 2022、2023、2024 undergraduate students, 2022、2023、2024 master students, 2021、2022、2023、2024 doctoral students;

2. The average score in the latest version of the valid transcript (Dated no earlier than September 1, 2025) submitted should be at least 75 points (GPA≥2.5);

3. International students applying for the Outstanding International Student Cadres should have worked as an international student assistant/country liaison in the College of International Education during the 2024-2025 academic year, or served as the principal and deputy responsible person in charge of other university-level associations and national student unions in China that have been registered.

Remark:

These students shall not be eligible for application

(1) those who violate Chinese laws and regulations, school regulations;

(2) Master's and doctoral students who delay their graduation;

(3) students who fail to pass the course in the 2024-2025 academic year;

(4) students during the suspension period.
