In order to encourage international students to work hard, give full play to the international student's special skill and creative ability, enhance the sense of competition and success, College of International Education, China University of Petroleum (Beijing) will start the selection of outstanding international students, specific item notified as follows.

I. Application qualifications:

1. 2020、2021、2022 undergraduate students, 2020、2021、2022 master students, 2019、2020、2021、2022 doctoral students;

2. The average score in the latest version of the valid transcript submitted should be at least 80 points (GPA≥3.0);

Remark:

These students shall not be eligible for application

(1) those who violate Chinese laws and regulations and are subject to school regulations and disciplines;

(2) Master's and doctoral students who delay their graduation;

(3) students who fail to pass the course in the 2022-2023 academic year;

(4) students during the suspension period.

1. Undergraduate:

(3) the following materials, if any, may be provided as supplementary information (Please provide materials from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 only):

1) obtained academic achievements, published papers or works related materials (including the cover, catalog, copies of papers or works of the journal);

2) relevant materials for participating in on-campus and off-campus practical activities;

3) scanned copies of award certificate.

2. Postgraduate:

(1) click Attachment 2 to download the application form for outstanding international students (master candidate student) ； click Attachment 3 to application form for outstanding international students (doctoral candidate students).

IV. Assessment methods and standards:

1. Participants should register on time, study hard and have excellent academic performance;

2. The College of International Education will review the application materials, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the applicants, and select the best students by grade and major according to the assessment results.
