Undergraduate students:

1. If the study course is different from the course number in the training program, it is necessary to do Course Replacement (For detailed methods, see《Undergraduate Course Replacement Process》 ).

2. The name of the study course is the same as the name of the course in the training program, which can be replaced. If the name is different, it needs the approval of the professional head of the college to replace it.

3, The study course credits must be equal to or greater than the course credits in the training program to replace, if the credits of one course are not enough, you can replace one course with two or more courses (the combined credits are enough).

4. Do course replacement after the study courses are passed.

5. Course replacement requires approval and takes some time, so please do it as soon as possible.

Postgraduate students:

1. If the study course is different from the course number in the training plan, it is necessary to do Course Replacement.

2. Postgraduate students need to fill in the application form (see Attachment：研究生課程成績(jī)及學(xué)分替代匯總表) and submit it to 207 Office, main building B. There is no online option.

3, What courses can replace what courses, need to be approved by the instructor and professional college.

4, The study course credits must be equal to or greater than the course credits in the training plan to replace.

5. Do course replacement after the study courses are passed.

6. Special attention: Once you have chosen the course and obtained the result after the course, no matter you have passed or failed, the course cannot be withdrawn or deleted from the training plan. It also can't be replaced by another course. You must pass the course in order to graduate.
